Canzon at Klangspuren Festival

Canzon by Annelies Van Parys features in the STADT.KLANG.SPUREN event on Saturday, 19 September 2026, as part of the stroll through Innsbruck's city centre.
Austrian Premiere (ÖEA) of Canzon (2007/08, rev. 2026) for piano and wind instruments.

It will be performed at Station 3 (14:00, Ursulinensäle) by Windkraft – Kapelle für Neue Musik, conducted by Kasper de Roo, alongside Julia Wolfe: Arsenal of Democracy for wind orchestra and Marcos Balter: Intercepting a Shivery Light for saxophone quartet.
